Beyond Finance Reports $1.17B in Client Savings
Beyond Finance 2025 Client Outcomes Report details $4.7 billion in debt resolved and $1.17 billion in client savings during 2025.

Beyond Finance has released its first 2025 Client Outcomes Report, documenting $4.7 billion in client debt resolved and $1.17 billion in savings after program fees during 2025. The financial wellness and debt consolidation company also reported approximately $3.5 billion in cash flow returned to household budgets through lower monthly payments. Since 2011, the company says it has helped more than 1.3 million Americans and resolved more than $15 billion in client debt. The report focuses on observed results among engaged program participants rather than projected savings estimates.
Measured Client Results
For clients enrolled in 2025, Beyond Finance reported average monthly savings of $608 compared with what those clients had been paying creditors before enrollment. Median monthly savings were $468, while the comparison with modeled credit-card minimum payments showed average monthly savings of $822.
The company reported that graduates of programs completed in 2025 paid a median of approximately 75% of their outstanding balances, including program fees, and typically completed the program in 24 to 48 months. Individual debts resolved during the year were settled for approximately 51 cents on the dollar before program fees and 72 cents on the dollar after fees, on average.
Vanessa Hering, client success officer and executive vice president at Beyond Finance, said:
“Numbers like the ones in this report don't happen by accident. They're the result of an organization-wide commitment — across every team, every conversation, every touchpoint, to treat clients not as accounts to be managed, but as people whose lives we have a real chance to change. The goal was never just to resolve debt. It was to give people their future back.”
Comparing Debt Repayment Paths
The report compares Beyond Finance outcomes with modeled or published costs and timelines for several other debt repayment options. It estimates that credit counseling debt management plans may cost approximately 110% to 130% of the balance over 48 to 60 months, while debt consolidation loans may cost approximately 130% to 187% over 36 to 60 months.
For consumers who continue making credit-card minimum payments, the report estimates a total cost of approximately 190% to 340% of the balance over roughly 17 to 29 years. Across programs graduating in 2025, Beyond Finance reported average savings of $21,636, and median savings of $17,235, compared with the modeled cost of maintaining minimum payments.
Speed And Service Measures
Among engaged program participants, 70% received a first resolution offer within three months of enrollment and 92% did so within six months, according to the report. The median time to a client’s first resolved debt was approximately 90 days. Within the first 12 months, engaged clients had resolved 53% of enrolled debt, while 98% had at least one debt resolved.
Beyond Finance resolved approximately 1 million individual accounts in 2025 and negotiated offers with more than 5,000 creditors and debt buyers. The company reported a 93% customer satisfaction score for general customer service inquiries, while 96% of callers were connected with a person within two minutes.
A More Detailed Industry Benchmark
The company compared its $1.17 billion in 2025 client savings with industry-wide data from the Association for Consumer Debt Relief. ACDR attributes approximately $2 billion in annual savings to all accredited debt relief providers, while Beyond Finance’s report estimates that other ACDR-accredited providers combined accounted for approximately $830 million in savings.
The report also sets out its methodology and defines the participant populations used for its outcome measures. Most outcome metrics reflect engaged clients who remained active during the measured period and maintained at least 95% of scheduled deposits. Clients who left the program early are not represented in those measures.
Vanessa Hering, client success officer and executive vice president at Beyond Finance, shared:
“At Beyond Finance, we believe that people deserve more than a transaction — they deserve a whole team behind them that delivers results, leads with empathy, and stands firmly in their corner every step of the way. This report reflects that commitment.”
