Dotwork Acquires Arcario Group
Dotwork acquires Arcario Group, adding enterprise operating-model expertise to its AI-native enterprise operating platform.
Dotwork has acquired Arcario Group, bringing enterprise operating-model consulting expertise into its AI-native enterprise operating platform. The transaction closed October 23, with financial terms undisclosed. Arcario will become the foundation of Dotwork’s services and forward-deployed engineering organization, while Arcario founder and CEO Konstantin Popov joins Dotwork as Head of Transformation Services. Existing Arcario client engagements will continue with their current teams.
Connecting Strategy And Execution
Dotwork’s graph-based Enterprise Operating Model connects strategy, capital, business capabilities, work, decisions and outcomes across existing systems.

Building On Operating Model Experience
