Salute has secured customers to support more than 20 GW of AI infrastructure capacity globally in less than 12 months as a member of the NVIDIA Partner Network. The company is supporting the deployment and operation of high-density NVIDIA accelerated computing infrastructure for AI providers. Its offering centers on Direct-to-Chip liquid cooling operations for high-density environments. Salute operates in more than 102 markets, with 12 global offices and a workforce of more than 2,800 employees.

Liquid Cooling Operations

Salute’s Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling Operations Service combines operating procedures, specialized training and commissioning expertise for liquid-cooled AI environments. The company said the service was built to support safe and reliable operation at scale.

Operating this infrastructure introduces requirements involving coolant chemistry, leak detection, safety, system monitoring and maintenance. Salute’s service addresses those areas with procedures and training designed for high-density AI facilities.

Mike Jones, President, Global Operations at Salute, said:

“Over the past year, we have seen extraordinary demand from AI infrastructure providers looking for a proven way to safely operate high-density, liquid-cooled environments at scale. Our Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling Operations Service brings together the operating procedures, specialized training, commissioning expertise and people required to manage these environments. Securing customers to support more than 20 GW demonstrates the scale at which this operational model is now being adopted.”

Operational Support for AI Facilities

Salute’s service is designed for AI factories and remote facilities supporting AI training and inference workloads. Its operating model includes the rapid deployment of skilled AI factory personnel and a model customized to each facility’s design and demarcation points.

The company also provides field-tested EOPs, MOPs and SOPs for Direct-to-Chip operations, including chemistry management, leak detection, safety protocols, systems oversight and risk mitigation. Commissioning support is intended to optimize as-built systems, supported by a continuously updated knowledge base and training program.

Andria Zou, senior director of global AI factory strategy and ecosystem at NVIDIA, said:

“Enterprises deploying AI infrastructure at scale need operational models that optimize performance, reliability, efficiency and velocity from day one. As a member of the NVIDIA Partner Network, Salute helps NVIDIA customers advance operational resiliency with services aligned with NVIDIA accelerated computing technologies.”

Foundation for AI Growth

Salute’s NVIDIA Partner Network membership builds on more than a year of experience supporting NVIDIA accelerated computing infrastructure. The company positions its liquid cooling operations service as a practical foundation for organizations scaling high-density AI data centers and AI factories.
