Bioré Launches Hydra Serum With NYC Mochi Pop Up
Bioré 2% BHA Exfoliating Hydra Serum launches with a Pavlo Mochi pop-up in New York City and $16.99 retail availability.

Bioré has introduced its 2% BHA Exfoliating Hydra Serum, pairing 2% salicylic acid with humectants in a daily-use formula designed to refine the look of pores, smooth texture and support a nourished glow. The launch is accompanied by a limited-time New York City collaboration with Pavlo Mochi, including a pop-up running August 21-22. The serum is priced at $16.99 and is available through Amazon, Walmart and Target. The product draws on the “mochi skin” aesthetic, a J-Beauty-inspired look centered on soft, smooth and luminous-looking skin.
A Gel Based Exfoliating Serum
Bioré’s new liquid exfoliant combines 2% BHA with a thick, serum-textured gel intended to stay in place and create a cushiony layer on the skin. The company positions the formula as an alternative to exfoliants that can leave skin feeling stripped, combining pore care with a comfortable, nourishing finish.
The formula is designed to dissolve excess oil and buildup within pores while helping improve the appearance of congestion, texture and clarity. Bioré says the lightweight serum absorbs quickly, layers into skincare routines and is suitable for daily use across skin types.
Mochi Collaboration In Manhattan
The product launch extends into an in-person activation with Pavlo Mochi. The partners created an exclusive mochi flavor inspired by the Hydra Serum, connecting the product’s “soft, smooth and bouncy” skincare concept with the pillowy dessert behind the trend’s name.
The Bioré x Pavlo Mochi pop-up will be held in New York City on August 21 and 22, giving consumers a chance to experience the collaboration while exploring the newest addition to Bioré’s skincare lineup.
