Aberlour, the renowned Speyside Scotch whisky brand, has launched Aberlour 14-Year-Old in the U.S., a double-cask matured single malt with notes of sweet vanilla, ripe cherry, blackcurrant and subtle spice. The release further strengthens a U.S. portfolio that recently welcomed Aberlour 21-Year-Old, the oldest permanent expression in the brand’s range. To mark the debut, the brand is introducing The Fourteen Pack, a limited-edition holiday gift set pairing a bottle of the 14-Year-Old with Filson’s Dryden Briefcase. The set retails for $200 and will be available exclusively through ReserveBar.com in limited quantities, while the whisky itself carries a suggested retail price of $79.99 at select retailers.

A Double Cask Character

Aberlour 14-Year-Old is double-cask matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and first-fill American oak casks. The natural maturation approach reflects the brand’s focus on the character of its ingredients, including barley and pure Birkenbush spring water, and results in a balanced profile with soft hints of blackcurrant and a creamy finish.

On the nose, the whisky offers sweet vanilla and ripe cherry, followed by a smooth, rounded palate of soft caramel, blackcurrant, blackberry jam and subtle spice. The finish is long, sweet and balanced. Aged 14 years, it is bottled at 40% ABV in a 700ml size.

The Oldest Expression Arrives

Following its global debut, the 21-Year-Old has also joined Aberlour’s U.S. lineup. It offers a rich, fruity character with layered notes of cherry and nutmeg, complemented by a complex, warm spice finish.

The expression is matured for 21 years in American and sherry oak casks. This non-chill-filtered single malt is crafted in a single small batch and released annually in limited quantities. Bottled at 48% ABV, it is now available in the U.S.

A Holiday Pairing With Filson

The Fourteen Pack brings together two heritage brands with a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, longevity and products made with purpose. From Aberlour’s home in the rugged landscapes of Scotland’s Speyside region to Filson’s Pacific Northwest heritage, both brands believe the best things are worth waiting for and made to stand the test of time.

With more than a century of outfitting, Filson designs durable gear for demanding conditions, from workwear to travel, with an emphasis on longevity and responsibly sourced materials. The set is pitched as a distinctive holiday gift for Scotch whisky enthusiasts and those who appreciate quality design.

Jessica Hochberg, Brand Director, GEM Division at Pernod Ricard, said:

“Every Aberlour expression tells a story of the place and people behind it, and Aberlour 14-Year-Old is a wonderful reflection of that heritage. Double-cask matured in Oloroso sherry and first-fill American oak casks, it brings together rich, warming notes with a smooth, balanced finish. With The Fourteen Pack, we’re extending that same appreciation for craftsmanship and quality beyond the whisky, with a gift set including Filson’s Dryden Briefcase, a product made to stand the test of time.”

A Stronger U.S. Range

With Aberlour 14-Year-Old and Aberlour 21-Year-Old both joining its U.S. portfolio, Aberlour, part of the Pernod Ricard USA portfolio, has further strengthened its U.S. range. The limited-edition Fourteen Pack will be available exclusively through ReserveBar.com while supplies last, and more information is available at www.aberlour.com/en-us/.
