TESSAN Partners With Jamie Leibert on New Film
TESSAN partnership with Jamie Leibert launches with the Jump Into The Unknown documentary trailer from the Swiss Alps.
TESSAN has partnered with wingsuit athlete Jamie Leibert and released the first trailer for Jump Into The Unknown, a documentary centered on a 30-day adventure in the Swiss Alps. The film follows Leibert and his wife, Sandra, as they climbed snow-capped peaks and navigated shifting weather, routes, equipment issues, and exit points before their flights. Leibert, known as Captain Manicorn, has climbed and flown in more than 80 countries and built a social media community of more than 570,000 followers. The partnership begins on Leibert’s birthday, September 2, and is intended as a long-term collaboration.
A Journey In The Alps
Jump Into The Unknown documents a 30-day effort by Jamie and Sandra Leibert to find what they called their “perfect adventure” in the Swiss Alps. The expedition brought changing plans as weather windows closed, routes shifted, and gear and transportation broke down.
The project places the experience of the journey ahead of its final destination, reflecting the partnership’s focus on fear, resilience, and the decisions made while pursuing an uncertain goal.

Fear And Personal Purpose
The trailer shows Leibert preparing at the edge of a cliff, checking his pilot chute, wingsuit, and goggles before taking flight. The documentary also addresses the role climbing and flying have played in his life, including his experience with PTSD, OCD, and addiction.
Leibert founded the Battling Monsters mental health movement and uses extreme sports to discuss living long-term with personal challenges. His approach to adventure centers on preparation, sobriety, training, physical health, and relationships.

A Long Term Partnership
TESSAN said the relationship began as a content partnership before developing into a longer-term arrangement after the Swiss Alps project. The charging brand selected Leibert for the resilience and personal purpose it saw in his work, alongside the visual dimension of his climbs and wingsuit flights.

More Stories To Come
The trailer is the first public project from the partnership, with TESSAN planning to continue documenting Jamie and Sandra Leibert’s journeys, from new peaks and flights to life decisions made away from cliff edges. TESSAN, whose Voyager 205 was selected in the Tom’s Guide Computing and Gaming Awards 2026, will support the pair as the collaboration develops.
