Marcello Boldrini Named CEO of SI Group
Marcello Boldrini has been named CEO of SI Group, succeeding David Bradley and bringing decades of specialty chemicals leadership.
SI Group has appointed Marcello Boldrini as chief executive officer, effective October 19, 2026. He succeeds David Bradley, who had served as president and CEO since 2019. Boldrini brings more than three decades of leadership experience in specialty chemicals and materials across Europe, Asia and the Americas. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.
Experience In Specialty Chemicals
Most recently, Boldrini was CEO and a director of Kraton Corporation, a Houston-based specialty chemicals company. His tenure included growth and transformation initiatives, including the creation of a Transformation Office.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Houghton International, Momentive/Hexion and Ashland. SI Group operates 18 manufacturing facilities across three continents and serves customers in more than 80 countries.

Priorities For The Business
SI Group’s leadership team will work with Boldrini to maintain its focus on safety, operational performance and customer commitments. Customers, suppliers and other business partners are expected to continue working through their existing SI Group contacts.
