FINN Partners has appointed Kim Sizemore as Head of Integrated Media, placing the former Wieden+Kennedy Group Director in charge of the agency’s global media strategy and operations. Sizemore will oversee planning, investment, buying and measurement for clients across B2B, B2C, DTC and nonprofit sectors. Her remit also spans FINN’s five sector specialties: health, travel, education, technology and B2B, and financial services. The appointment strengthens the New York-headquartered agency’s integrated marketing operation with a media leader whose experience combines brand building, platform knowledge and measurement.

Experience Across Major Brands

Sizemore joins FINN after 18 years at Wieden+Kennedy, where she became Group Director, Media and Communications Strategy. Her work included campaigns for TurboTax, Airbnb and Electronic Arts, as well as a strategic brand partnership with the NFL and more than a decade of Super Bowl campaigns.

Her previous portfolio also included long-running assignments for Travel Oregon/Portland and the American Indian College Fund, providing experience across consumer brands, destination marketing and nonprofit organizations.

Noah Finn, Managing Partner, Integrated Marketing at FINN Partners, said:

“Kim is a proven media leader with deep, cross-channel expertise and success driving innovative, large-scale campaigns for the world's leading brands. She brings an incredible track record of creative and media excellence, combined with technical platform knowledge and measurement rigor that will benefit our clients and teams. I am excited for Kim to take our integrated media offering to the next level.”

Integrated Media Mandate

In the new role, Sizemore is responsible for setting the strategic direction of FINN’s integrated media practice. The remit includes connected client work across strategy, creative, content, web, PR, SEO/GEO and SEM, alongside campaign development using data, technology, emerging platforms and AI.

She will also focus on team operations and agency growth, with an emphasis on media solutions tailored to client business goals.

Kim Sizemore, Head of Integrated Media at FINN Partners, said:

“As the media landscape grows more complex, clients are often hindered by siloed workstreams and deep fragmentation. I believe in the power and clarity that seamless integration between creative and media brings. FINN shares that same entrepreneurial spirit and openness to crafting bespoke solutions. Throughout my career, I've valued fierce independence and core values as the foundation for creating game-changing work that moves the needle for a client's business. FINN's independent structure gives us the clear runway to build true, unconstrained media solutions that put the client's business impact first.”

A New Chapter for FINN

The appointment arrives as FINN continues to build its full-service marketing and communications capabilities. Founded in 2011, the agency reports almost $200 million in fees, more than 1,300 professionals and 38 offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia.

For FINN, Sizemore’s arrival adds senior media leadership to a platform built around independent agency operations and cross-disciplinary client work.

Pepe Aguilar, FINN Global Head of Creative, said:

“Kim balances creative ambition with accountability and business impact. She is genuinely curious and brings a bespoke mindset to every client, regardless of category or budget size. Her decision to join FINN speaks volumes about where the industry is heading. The best talent today is less concerned about the type of agency they work for and more focused on finding places like FINN, where there is more agility, innovation and freedom to solve client problems creatively and holistically.”
