Brian Botkin Takes Global Underwriting Role
Brian Botkin has been promoted to international chief underwriting officer for MS&AD Insurance Group, expanding his global responsibilities.
MSIG USA has promoted Chief Underwriting Officer Brian Botkin to international chief underwriting officer for MS&AD Insurance Group. The appointment expands Botkin’s responsibilities across the organization’s global insurance operations. He will bring experience in enterprise underwriting strategy, portfolio insight, data and analytics to MS&AD’s international operations. The move comes as MS&AD expands its international specialty capabilities and connects underwriting expertise across its global businesses.
Expanding Global Responsibilities
Botkin has led MSIG USA’s enterprise underwriting strategy, working with business leaders to align underwriting activity with the company’s growth objectives. His new role will focus on underwriting strategy, governance and portfolio management across markets.
