Machine Acquires 490 Unit North Dallas Community
Machine Investment Group acquires 75 West, a 490-unit North Dallas multifamily community, with RPM Living Investments.

Machine Investment Group has acquired 75 West, a 490-unit multifamily community in North Dallas’ Park Central submarket, through a joint venture with RPM Living Investments. RPM Living Investments will also serve as property manager. The off-market, lender-driven transaction includes nearly 10,800 square feet of fully leased ground-floor retail space. Machine plans maintenance, amenity and operational investments intended to stabilize the property and improve the resident experience.
A North Dallas Infill Property
Located at 7927 Forest Lane, 75 West includes 490 residential units, nearly half of them townhomes with attached garages. The community sits near the intersection of Interstates 75 and 635, adjacent to Medical City Dallas and within reach of major North Dallas employment hubs.
The acquisition gives Machine an institutionally owned asset at a reset basis, with an operational turnaround already underway. Its planned reinvestment program includes deferred and preventive maintenance, targeted amenity enhancements and operational improvements.
Investment Plans For 75 West
Meredith Jonker, Vice President at Machine Investment Group, said:
“75 West represents an exciting opportunity to acquire a high-quality asset in an infill location where our firm can leverage our disciplined operating approach to unlock the property's long-term value. The property's distinctive townhome component, proximity to major North Dallas employment centers and limited nearby new supply create a strong foundation for its next chapter. As Dallas supply moderates and DFW continues to lead the country in apartment demand, 75 West represents a compelling opportunity to capture sustained, long-term growth in one of the nation's strongest markets. We look forward to working with RPM Living to build on the progress already made at the community.”

Joint Venture Management
Machine’s purchase expands its residential portfolio with a community that includes residential units and fully leased ground-floor retail space. With RPM Living Investments assigned property management responsibilities, the partners plan to continue the improvement work underway at the community while focusing on its long-term performance.
