Elevated Solutions Team is expanding its commercial mechanical project-delivery platform across Dallas-Fort Worth and selected Texas markets. The contractor is broadening support for commercial, institutional and public-sector facilities through equipment replacement, hydronic piping, sheet metal, Job Order Contracting and facility renewal work. Its platform is designed for active facilities where shutdowns, procurement, mechanical-system interfaces and final turnover require close coordination. The expansion also extends to qualified statewide capital-project opportunities.

Mechanical Work For Active Facilities

Through its Commercial Mechanical & HVAC Services platform, EST supports owners, facility teams, general contractors, prime contractors and institutional project teams from existing-condition review through installation, startup, testing and documented closeout.

The company’s work includes commercial HVAC equipment replacement and service, hydronic piping and mechanical rooms, and commercial sheet metal and air distribution. Projects may include demolition, rigging, equipment setting, piping and duct modifications, pumps and valves, controls coordination, flushing, pressure testing, startup, TAB or commissioning support, and final turnover.

Alonzo Hill Jr., CEO at Elevated Solutions Team, said:

“Our growth is centered on mechanical work that has to be planned around the facility. Existing conditions, shutdowns, procurement, field coordination, equipment interfaces, testing and turnover all affect whether a project succeeds. We are continuing to build EST around disciplined execution from the first field review through final closeout.”

Facility Renewal And JOC Services

For recurring, time-sensitive and existing-facility work, EST provides Job Order Contracting and facility renewal support to owners and institutions. The delivery model combines field-verified scope development, line-item estimating, procurement coordination, supervised mechanical execution and documented turnover.

The program covers equipment, hydronic, airside and facility-renewal work, with attention to access, project phasing, shutdown planning, long-lead procurement, temporary conditions and trade coordination.

Statewide Capital Project Focus

Beyond Dallas-Fort Worth, the company is pursuing qualified statewide work through its Texas Special Projects and Capital Improvements platform. The focus includes commercial, institutional and public-sector capital work where mechanical scope, procurement strategy, schedule, project partnership and field execution requirements align.

With its expanded platform, EST is positioning its field execution capabilities around the operational demands of facilities undergoing mechanical modernization. Owners, general contractors, prime contractors and facility teams can submit project information or invite EST to bid.
