Platinum Luxury Auctions will auction a 26-acre Hopewell estate and an adjacent 102-acre parcel on Oct. 15, 2026, in cooperation with Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty in Princeton. The properties will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve, either individually or together. The estate was previously listed at $7.75 million, while the surrounding land had been listed for $3 million. Bidders must designate their preference for the estate, land parcel, or both properties during registration.
A 26 Acre Estate
The estate includes a 15,146-square-foot main residence across four living levels, with six bedrooms, eight full baths and four half-baths. The property also includes a 1,088-square-foot pool house and a separate 2,137-square-foot guesthouse with three bedrooms, two full baths, one half-bath and a three-vehicle garage.
Features include a gourmet kitchen, a two-story library and study with an upper-level billiards lounge, an art studio, multiple gas fireplaces, a private elevator and a lower-level entertainment space with a fitness room, home theater, commercial-grade bar and wine cellar.
