QuickFi Wins Fourth Finovate Award
QuickFi wins the 2026 Finovate Award for Best SMB/SME Banking Solution, its fourth honor from the fintech awards program.

QuickFi has won the 2026 Finovate Award for Best SMB/SME Banking Solution, marking its fourth honor from the fintech awards program. Announced Sept. 10 during FinovateFall in New York City, the recognition follows QuickFi awards in the same category in 2022 and in Best Embedded Finance Solution in 2023 and 2024. The embedded equipment-financing platform was selected from a six-company finalist field that included Visa, Fundbox, Candescent, Akbank and ANNA Money. QuickFi also demonstrated its platform live on stage during FinovateFall week.
Recognition for Equipment Finance
The Finovate Awards recognize financial institutions, companies and individuals, with winners selected by a panel of industry experts assembled by Finovate. QuickFi’s latest award recognizes its platform for small and midsized business equipment financing.
Businesses can use QuickFi to apply for, sign and fund an equipment loan or lease in minutes from a mobile device at the point of sale. Banks and equipment manufacturers can embed the platform under their own brands, while agentic AI supports the customer lifecycle from application through servicing.
Bill Verhelle, CEO at QuickFi, said:
“Four Finovate Awards belong to a small team that decided a business owner should be able to finance a machine the way they buy everything else — on a phone, in minutes, at any hour. The banks and equipment manufacturers we serve are the ones who make that real for their customers every day. This award is as much theirs as ours.”
Platform Economics and Reach
QuickFi reports a cost to originate of $799 per booked transaction, compared with the $2,407 small-ticket industry average reported in the 2025 ELFA Survey of Equipment Finance Activity. The company states that equipment lease and loan transactions that previously took days can be completed in minutes through customers’ mobile devices at any time of day or night.
The platform is protected by issued patents in 10 countries and a trademark portfolio spanning 26 countries. QuickFi works with banks and global equipment manufacturers that use the platform to simplify the buying experience for their business customers.
A Fourth Industry Honor
The 2026 recognition adds to QuickFi’s previous Finovate awards for Best SMB/SME Banking Solution in 2022 and Best Embedded Finance Solution in 2023 and 2024. The company presented its platform during FinovateFall, held in New York City from Sept. 9 through Sept. 11.
